New major update for three bullets

Includes 1 new addition side areas

New areas that contain small segments that will immediately 

Allow  you to move to the next area faster.

A few small fixes:

The rockets would always seemingly miss the tanks.  i made the hitboxes on the tanks a little

 bit larger so now there easier to hit.

The tutorial intro took away a lot from the game and just slowed it down/ did not add anything 

so i removed it.
